Things I am Grateful for Today
- Dad made Egg+Onion+Ham Sandwich for breakfast! Woke up with a yummy meal
- Woke up with an entire ache body due to last night non-stop game but I’m glad I still did the minimum requirements for my daily Fitness goals
- Bought Western Food to Zhiyuan’s house to watch Arsenal’s game at 8.30pm. Quite an enjoyable meal but not the game.
I can’t help but keep thinking about yesterday’s game. Zhiyuan said that I played very well defensively but I felt that I could improve much more. I need to work on my footwork and stamina. I played the full 2 hours yesterday and by the end of it I felt super tired – my legs were like jelly! Need to do more interval training the coming week.
Today isn’t a good day, find myself complaining a lot during the West Ham vs Arsenal game at 8.30pm. I need to stop worrying so much about Arsenal and more about my own personal development. I’ll minimize complaining as much as possible from now onward.
I’m grateful that I’m able to attend to church service tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it!
