Things I am Grateful for Today
- I like the combination of reading and exercising. Read 1 chapter and do an exercise. My ‘trick’ for losing massive weight and read a lot of books simultaneously back in 2014. It still works wonder today.
- Made myself delicious eggs + breads for dinner
- Having a singular goal is so much easier to focus than having multiple goals
Yesterday I was contemplating if I should whack 2 niches at once. Today, I came to the conclusion that I’ll just focus on bloody one. Be the best at that… I think I’ll be extremely fulfilled at the end of my life knowing that I’ve given my best to this cause.
Gentle reminder to myself. I need to head over to ICA building to collect my passport at 1.30pm tomorrow.
Hope Arsenal wins tonight but I got a vibe that they will lose. Let’s just hope for the best.
Bought another book on the topic I’m gonna write about next (okay, it is the Quit Smoking niche). Bloody writers teaching people how to quit smoking without having smoke a cigarette in their entire lives. Is this legit? Is like freaking teaching people to make money without having first make their first dollar.
Because I want to be the best, I’ll just suck my thumb and learn all the rah-rah from these non-smokers too. I’ll learn to look at their perspective to see why they think certain methods work better than others. I’ll study and research all I can.
